Using 33io

You may use 33io only if you can enter a binding agreement and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for your account, the data you submit, the collaborators you invite, and activity performed under your credentials.

Connected services

Third-party connections, including Gmail, are optional. You authorize 33io to access only the services and permissions shown during the connection flow. You may disconnect a service at any time. Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that provider's terms.

Agents and approvals

33io agents may summarize information, identify patterns, and prepare drafts or proposed actions. Agent output can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed before reliance. Gmail-connected agents are read-only and draft-only. They do not send or modify email. You remain responsible for decisions, approvals, communications, and production outcomes.

Acceptable use

  • Do not access data or productions you are not authorized to use.
  • Do not use 33io to violate law, privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or extract secrets.
  • Do not use connected Google data for surveillance, advertising, credit decisions, or data resale.

Ownership

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant 33io the limited rights needed to host, process, protect, and display that content to provide the service. 33io and its software, design, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Availability and changes

33io may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable product or account notices. The service is provided without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
